B.amp one
STEREO POWER AMPLIFIER
The B.amp one is a class AB stereo power amplifier. It has been designed to drive all types of speakers, including the most demanding ones. It incorporates the Intelligent Output Drive (IOD) technology introduced on our reference amplifiers. Capitalizing on numerous optimizations, it delivers a natural undistorted sound, faithful to the artist’s message, with exceptional imaging.
The B.amp one is the logical complement to the B.dpr one preamplifier.
The operating scheme is the result of numerous intensive computer simulations, measurements and acoustic tests. The B.amp one has a magnified current capacity for outstanding bass performance.
“Intelligent output drive” IOD technology
A class-A push-pull driver stage is used, which is fitted with 6 transistors specifically designed to ensure perfect immunity to loudspeakers-generated return currents. This results in excellent accuracy in sound reproduction.
The use of local feedback at the most critical stages allows perfectly linear operation, under all working conditions.
The oversized output stage uses 3 pairs of complementary bipolar transistors per channel.
